Personal Grooming
Here’s a photo of me brushing my teeth, one of my favorite activities. I do it every morning, and every night before bedtime. I reallyenjoy it because I’ve seen Momma and Daddy do it and I like to do things that they do. Occasionally, in the middle of the day I will ask to brush my teeth by making the “brush teeth” sign. Momma rarely indulges me, but once at Grandma and Grandpa’s I was able to trick them into letting me brush my teeth several times in one morning.

This photo also shows my new haircut, given by my personal stylist, Mommy. You may have noticed in past photos that my hair was getting a bit “out of control” and tended to hang straight forward into my face. It’s much better now- she actually did a decent job.

Quite the Linguist
I’ve been working on my vocabulary a lot lately. If you want to have a two-way conversation with me, it’s best that you ask me questions that I can answer with one of the following words:
ball
bubble
more, more
kitty
cheese
daddy
fish
mama
Or, I can do animal impressions for you.
woof
quack quack
moo
baaa
oo oo
woo hoo
Woo hoo is horse, silly.

Waterpark Weekend
This past weekend Momma took me to Wisconsin Dells to stay at a Waterpark resort with Grandma and Grandpa G, and Auntie Mandy and Uncle John and cousins Jack and Ryan. (Daddy had to work.)
We went to the waterpark on Friday night, Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday morning. Even though I can’t go on most of the slides and things, it was still a whole lot of fun. Just standing in the water is fun. Momma did take me down a slide, put me on a turtle’s back, and we swam and played water basketball. My favorite was sitting at the edge of the wavepool in the very shallow water and letting the waves lap over my legs.
Seeing the family was also good. I had Grandpa read each of my books several times, and I played in the kitchen with Grandma. I also hung with cousin Ryan quite a bit. We shared some good times. He pushed me around in the laundry basket, and I fed him some raisins. We also fought a lot. If he looks pained to be sitting next to me in this picture, it’s probably because he’s afraid I’m going to steal one of his toys or start screaming because he gets too close to Mommy.

Daddy Shoes
I feel like I’m growing really fast. Some of my pants and shirts are too small for me now. But, when I put on Daddy’s shoes I realize that I am still pretty little compared to him.
I like to walk around with his shoes on and pretend I’m a circus clown. I make Mommy and Daddy laugh when I “pretend” to fall down.
When do I get to put on my clown paint Mommy???
